Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / General Operative to join our team.  This role involves a variety of tasks including taking in deliveries, traveling to different sites, and supporting operational needs.  The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and a team player who thrives in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with taking in and organising deliveries.
• Travel to and from various sites as required.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
• Support skilled tradespeople and other team members as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Full, clean driving license (if traveling to sites is required).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently when needed.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
